FAQs

What is a K.D.Display?
KD stands for knock down. This means that your unit will arrive at your door needing some assembly. We will include all instruction sheets and all necessary hardware. Sending units KD allows for less likelihood of damage to the displays and easier shipping.  What types of tools will I require to assemble my Display?   In most cases a simple screw driver or hand drill is all that will be needed. If a Display requires any specialty tools or more expertise, K.D. will take the time to educate the customer and his staff.

How will shipping from Canada affect my price?
Due to our convenient location in Mississauga Ontario our rates are competitive with those of any major U.S. city. We will provide you with approximate shipping costs prior to delivery or you can arrange to ship the products yourself.

How does the border affect our products?
Thanks to the NAFTA agreement we benefit from an invisible border. This means you will not receive any charges related to border crossing. Buying from K.D. Displays in Canada is the same as making a purchase in the U.S.A.

What extra charges will appear on my invoice?
To ensure that all of your displays arrive in perfect working order we use custom skids and crates, and these charges will appear on your final invoice.  K.D. Displays will discuss any extra charges before a project goes forward and inform you of any special requirements your displays might include.

What size of order do I need to contact K.D. Displays?
We will never discourage any size order, and are capable of producing 20 units as easily as 2000 units.

What materials do you work with?

What is the size of your facility?
